Red onions slow roasted with balsamic vinegar until caramelised and sweet, mixed with a Goat's cheese and crème fraiche filling in a crisp short crust pastry.
Ingredients: Pastry: Rice flour, potato starch, gram flour, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine, water, egg, xanthan gum, raising agents(disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate).
