Ingredients; gluten free plain white flour,(made from rice, potato, tapioca, buckwheat & maize flours,), sunflower oil, caster sugar, egg. carrot (16%) raisins, walnuts, banana, orange juice, salt, raising agent: baking powder & bicarbonate of soda , cinnamon, stabiliser: xantham gum.
